Rory Ellis
Based around acoustic guitar and banjo, this is good-time, toe-tapping music sung by a man with a voice gravelly enough to give Kris Kristofferson or Tom Waits a run for their money. Good-time music with a dark edge and lyrics that take you by surprise.

A Melbourne native, now residing in Drysdale, Victoria, Rory Ellis has spent many years touring Australia and internationally with his alt. country/blues based music. He takes inspiration from his homeland and the varied histories of its people, and from his own eventful life. Audiences at Rory’s numerous festival appearances and intimate performances have been captivated by his powerful vocal command and subtle acoustic instrumentation that bring the vivid stories to life.

Alex Roberts
‘I never found a peace like the one I find in a song’
Here is an artist who represents all the best aspects of the songwriter’s craft. A casual observer of the world that surrounds him, he draws on its roots, its past and present; he is a story teller in the age-old tradition, a balladeer, poet and a writer of impressively prolific output. Alex Roberts blends genres from baroque to blues, with a warm soulful voice, finger-style guitar, some fine lapsteel playing, mandolin, and a stompbox to boot.
‘A British folk singer we can be proud of. His songs make for beautiful turning golden by the falling sun… one of this year’s best kept secrets.‘

Cale, George Benson and John Martyn, the band are at home entertaining festivals, bars and anywhere people gather together to hear great live music. Their clean acoustic sound provides a solid foundation for musical genre hopping. A heavy metal riff can morph into a bluegrass tune, and then into a jazz funk groove without ever jarring or feeling out of context.
The three musicians play with energy, passion and precision, always complementing each other and constantly striving to make each moment on stage special. By clocking upwards of 150 shows a year, Andy Grant Trio are becoming masters of their art: Good time music with great feel and no boundaries.

After a Btec in creative music at Weymouth College Tia formed a band with Smudge, Ady Milward and Phil Evans-Jones, performing all original stuff for two years.
Tia decided to go back to her roots by playing solo and went to New York to play in some great bars. Her songs are folky, but with a very distinctive tone, honest lyrics and true emotions and thoughts.
