Oh how sad the rain pissed down torrentially and unremittingly. For me , it was disappointing – as a recent arrival on the Dorset scene – the WARM festival would have been a great introduction to the folks of Dorchester.

Thanks for the invitation to play – Katy and Benny. I really do appreciate it. And thanks for the gent who was working the PA system with Benny. All the acts I heard sounded great.

Being a musician can be tough. By the time they were my age Mozart and Bix Beiderbecke were dead. So on that basis, I look on the WARM festival as a sort of score draw. We all got wet, but we’re not dead.

If anyone liked any of my songs – they’re pretty much all available to download on my website. And hey it was nice meeting so many musicians – Kipper and Sugarhand Dave.

lets hope for better weather next year.
